It doesn’t provide a 7 digit ticket number! I’ve tweeted you! DM’d you! Nobody at MOJANG responds! How can we get support??? I’ve completed two case requests and no response. Where is my kids account and all the money I invested in it?

If you didn't get a ticket number that likely means the ticket wasn't sent correctly. Did it send you to another support player or did you get anything in the email you sent? ^TK

It says you will “be happy to help” BUT THERES NO HELP AND NO REPLIES TO ANY OF YOUR SUPPORT OPTIONS! I replied to the email with all of my security info and still nothing. Why don’t you respond? It’s been 5 days….
