@MojangSupport @Minecraft We have a problem with a Bedrock Realm, after a few minutes of playing the game it stops and kicks us out of the realm, is there a solution to this?

Sounds like there's a connection issue on your realm. Are you receiving any error messages when disconnecting? What if any connection troubleshooting have you tried? ^AC

The message that comes out is "The connection with the server has been lost" and we have not tried anything more than restarting the internet modems.

I would start by checking your firewall/antivirus then to see if Minecraft has permissions. If that's not the situation do you have any programs running at the same time in the background? ^TK
