@MojangSupport @Minecraft fix bedrock realms for the love of god

Sounds like your Realm hit bedrock @.@ I'm support, not a comedian. Whats going on with your Realms and are you getting any errors? ^TK

I tried activating one yesterday afternoon and i got the message that my purchase was succesful and i would need to check back later. Then i checked online and apparently some people have been receiving that message for months and have had no access to the realm they paid for.

Can you please let us know which platform you purchased your realm on (Nintendo, Xbox, Playstation etc)? Once we have that we'd be happy to look into this further. ^AC

It was on nintendo switch, also I’ve already filled out a report ticket and still no response

It just feels more and more like realms are broken and have been broken for a long time, which begs the question.. why are they even still available for sale?? Ridiculous
