@MojangSupport i cant get on any of my friends realms please help i play on xbox bedrock just says its outdated but im on 1.19.10

same has happened to the realm i’m on and it’s been like this for 3 days. keeps coming up with this message

no my friend is the owner of the realm and he hasn’t received the latest update for the game yet and he keeps searching for it and it’s not coming up.
