hey @MojangSupport @Minecraft You're saying that if your app has a bug that prevents me from using a pack I just paid for, I can't get a refund?
The bug has been open for two years and haven't even had a response from Mojang in a year

If you just purchased the pack, reach out to the platform on which you purchased it for a refund. I can't speak for devs or the bugs you're seeing but you should be able to get a refund if you purchased it. ^TK
