@MojangSupport my son has bought worlds in Minecraft on laptop. They have worked in the past. All of a sudden they are saying ‘downloading’ but the download bars aren’t moving. See image. Can’t find anything useful on forums. I’m not v techie & he is 9 & v upset. Please help!
