@MojangSupport Hey, I bought some coins for my kid for the first time. In order to not let her lose her purchased items if something happened to her tablet, I logged into my Microsoft acct. Now all her worlds are gone. How do I get them back? It's a Fire HD 10

That's rough but we can assist with that! Can you tell me if these are Worlds you purchased with Minecoins or are these single player worlds on the platform itself? ^TK

For some reason I didn't get a notification for your reply. So sorry. Single player worlds on the platform itself. She's never had minecoins before or a Microsoft account tied to her game before the purchase.
