@MojangSupport @Minecraft My realm won’t load? it hasn’t loaded since my subscription renewed! i tried to email but to no avail!!! PLEASE help. This is a waste of my money!

Our queues are a bit backed up right now but if you provide the 7 digit ticket number we'd be happy to see what's happening with that ticket. ^AC

However i’ve been waiting approximately 5 days now for a response - i am unhappy that i paid money for a service in which i couldn’t even receive because realms wouldn’t work. How is this fair? Because i almost guarantee they will wait to contact me when the subscription is ended
