@MojangSupport please help reset mojang account password - password reset email never arrives, support ticket never responds, no replies from support live chat, email address is correct and has a mojang account

It sounds like you've already submitted a support request which is good to hear. If you can provide us with your 7-digit ticket number, we can check in on the status of your request for you to make sure it made it through to our queue! ^FF

i didn't get a support ticket number this time, the only email response i received was a link to a live chat where i again received no help. but here's a ticket number for this same issue from 2 years ago that nobody responded to either - 620727

i did another one just for fun, here's the ticket i submitted and the only email i received in response. here's also a screenshot from the live support from the other day, and a screenshot of the support email from 2 years ago

here's how today's live support chat ended (but you don't have live support??) and a 2019 email showing that there is a mojang account on this email. and i still have not received a proper response email from my report ticket so cannot give you a ticket id number for you to check
