i dont fucking get it. i've had this issue for WEEKS. i cant get minecraft to load my marketplace or even load my fucking uploaded skin. i've uninstalled and reinstalled the game TWICE now and it still wont work????

i keep having to close the game or log out and log back in for a fix and sometimes even that doesnt work. help @MojangSupport

the main issue i believe is just it not loading my marketplace at all which leads to none of my skins loading. no error code or anything. i’ve deleted the launcher and minecraft bedrock and reinstalled them both yet this issue still happens to me. even signed out/back in.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. This appears to be a connection issue. What if any connection troubleshooting have you tried? ^AC

I haven’t done much actually, but I’ve checked my windows defender firewall and it has no issues
