@MojangSupport hi! How often does Minecraft bedrock server update?
My children's devices updated to 1.19.10 yesterday night and my server is still 1.19.2 and so they cannot connect and are sad 😢

If your client isn't updating, I would suggest forcing the update by uninstalling/reinstalling the client. What device do you happen to be playing on? ^TK
