hello I'm having serious trouble transfering my monand account to my microsoft account can someone help me?

I'm not receiving the confirmation e-mail to migrate in the russian e-mail I use for my mojang acount, and I tried to change to my actual e-mail a thousand times and the website just won't let me so now I can't proceed

I did yesterday and got no response yet, and I don't have my transaction ID. Is there a way I can talk to someone directly for help?
