@MojangSupport my account was hacked/deleted and I made a support ticket around 2 weeks ago but still haven’t gotten a reply :/

You should've received an automated email letting you know that we received your request. Your ticket number should be a 7-digit number that looks like this: 4567890. ^FF

I see the automated email but there is no ticket number
