Are you seeing any error messages when you try to migrate your account? Let us know, and if you send any screenshots, make sure to block out any personal info, such as your email address and username. ^FF

I'm not receiving the confirmation e-mail to migrate in the russian e-mail I use for my mojang acount, and I tried to change to my actual e-mail a thousand times and the website just won't let me so now I can't proceed

In this case, please complete our request form at msft.it/6018b0rfQ so that one of our account specialists can look further into this issue for you. Remember to attach your Transaction ID if possible and your account name/Gamertag. ^FF
