@MojangSupport I have submitted like 3 requests about my hacked account over the course of around 8 months and have not gotten a single reply, it would be helpful if i could contact an actual person

was that supposed to be sent to me in a confirmation email? because I don't think I've ever gotten a ticket number or a confirmation email.

That's correct - if you didn't get an automated email with a ticket number, then we may not have received your request. You can send us a request here: msft.it/6010bLTvg. Make sure to use an email that you can currently access, otherwise our reply won't make it to you! ^FF

yeah so i have written about 6 on that ticket and i havent recieved anything back, im using the email associated with the hacked account but i still have access to that email
