@MojangSupport I haven’t opened up minecraft W10 in a while, decided to try and update to play with friends. I couldn’t. Had to reinstall the game, only to find out that all my memories, worlds are gone. Thanks mojang. You’ve rid of my worlds 😭

Worlds are locked to the device itself and in no way tied to your account. We recommend backing up and saving worlds in secure locations to prevent issues like this in the future. ^AC
