If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6016bIdKI. ^FF

Right, but according to the launcher no longer own Minecraft it's not playable beyond the "demo world". I've followed every step check every variable I could think of on my end but support keeps sending me to the FAQs. I can't even tell IF my account has been migrated because 1/?

The migrate link just sends me to the Minecraft store page but logging in on my Microsoft account works fine just without the game. None of the recovery emails the website says its sending ever come thru either so I'm basically just chasing my tail here

i've filled that form out already actually and replied to the subsequent email. problem is i don't have any record of the transaction because i bought it so long ago.. bank statements and paypal dont keep records from that far back.. funny thing is i got that email no problem 1/2

I understand your frustration here however for security reasons we are only able to help with account issues such as this through our ticketing system. I'm afraid you will need to continue working with our account support agents for assistance. ^AC
