@MojangSupport my son is having trouble downloading the security expansion pack on his Minecraft account. It says download fails at step 2.

Please also make sure that your game is up to date and running the latest version of Minecraft. Also make sure your Minecraft account is attached to a Microsoft account to ensure that marketplace items are showing up and working properly. ^AC
