@MojangSupport hello, i'm on pc and i want to play minecraft with my friend who's on ps4 but when we both launch the game, we can't see each other online any tips ?

Yes, i got my friend in my friend list but i can't see him online

Please doublecheck your friend has their world open and available as that could be why it's not showing as online or playable. ^AC
