@MojangSupport I sent a support ticket months ago as I can’t access the email for my daughters minecraft account to migrate. I sent the transaction ID for the purchase. Please can you advise? She really wants access!!

Sorry to hear we haven't gotten back on that ticket. Do you happen to have that 7 digit ticket number so I can look into this and see what's happening there? ^AC

I don’t, no. I can’t access the email address linked to my account anymore as it’s ISP owned, I did explain all this and gave an alternative email address on the support ticket. It was about 6 months ago. I’ll send another today and then DM you the ticket number.
