@MojangSupport just got Minecraft for Switch. My son has offline Switch profile and can't use character creator. No characters show. Also I purchased Disney World pack but I can't see it when playing offline and it doesn't appear when my son used his offline Switch profile either

The character creator and such sadly aren't available for offline play. You do need to be online in order to use those features. ^AC
