@MojangSupport could we please have help extending our realm? We've tried to extend it 3 times and all three times it shows an error and take the payment as pending. Its been 4 days and we haven't had a response over a ticket.

Payment errors are never fun. Sorry you haven't heard back from your ticket yet! Do you have your 7 digit ticket number so we can look into this delay for you? ^AC

So we did luckily receive a support ticket the same day I sent this. The only issue being that we had to use the one time payment to extend the realm which has costed us more than a monthly subscription.

But I have to ask, why not have PayPal available for the monthly subscription to avoid situations like this? There isn't any issue our side as we have had this realm on a monthly subscription with this payment method within the last 2-3 months without a hitch.
