@MojangSupport hey idk if this is how i should contact you but ever sense i migrated my bedrock account to java (with the java & bedrock product) i havent been able to connect to java servers and idk why

Are you able to log into the game at all, or is it only servers/realms that you're unable to access? Are you seeing any error messages at all? Feel free to grab a screenshot and block out any personal account info for your privacy! ^FF

im able to log into the minecraft launcher and website with my microsoft account, it's only the authentication servers im having trouble with (and when i join a single player world, my skin is not shown), and sometimes when i boot up the launcher, it makes me create a new

java profile, and tells me "couldn't create profile." sorry for the message split btw
