I already bought the game through the Website but the Site just asked me to buy the game again. How do I receive the product that I paid for?

When I bought Minecraft, I haven't signed up yet so therefore I didn't receive the receipt and couldn't get the transaction ID which made me unable to submit a request for help.

You can submit a ticket without the Transaction ID but we will need to handle this through our ticketing system. Please submit that ticket so our account support agents can assist. ^AC
