@MojangSupport have a problem with entering the server, an unknown error appears to me, I am trying to find the source of the problem, but I do not identify it too well. on the unofficial Minecraft "lunar client" everything works for me :/

Are you able to screenshot the error you're receiving when trying to connect? Also do you happen to be using the Lunar Client when attempting to connect or are you using the official launcher? ^AC
