@MojangSupport somehow all the Worlds were accidently moved to this storage. How can we retrieve? Only option given is to delete. Using on a Kindle. Please help. Thank you!!

I did and they still won't come back. Any chance of getting "live" support? I would normally just begin again but we have spent a lot of money on the games. TY
