My brother was playing minecraft and a message poped up and it said " some data has been curupted he pressed cancel and thescreen went black. he restarted the game and all of his stuff was gone he had lots of skins he was playing on playstation

Has your brother tried to create another world to see if the items were still there? If the World is corrupted, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to assist with recovering it :( ^TK
