It does not seem to me that a ticket number has been assigned. Where could it be mentioned in the mail ? "Edith" is the one who told me my request was going to be processed, on 21th June, 6:49 PM UTC-7

THe ticket number would be in the email that you sent over to our support. It's seven digits long. ^TK
