Tech minds.. Anyone know how to get the Minecraft token bundles bought on PlayStation network to work in the game? I’ve a 9 year old torturing for the past day because it won’t show up even though everything is signed in. 🙈🙈 @AskPS_UK @Microsoft @MojangSupport

No, he bought the tokens so he could then add in a new world. But I’m thinking the problem may be his dads email is on the ps4 network and he has a child’s account for Minecraft Microsoft connection.

Ah ok. It gets all a bit confusing with child accounts. Sorry for the questions but where the tokens purchased in the child account or dad's account?

They were purchased on the PlayStation store through his dads account, because it wouldn’t connect when we went through the Minecraft store to purchase. So they apparently are on the ps wallet? It’s so confusing, so ask away! Any help welcome
