@MojangSupport what’s going on with the issue relating to marketplace downloads being stuck with a “downloading” status? We’ve PAID for content we can’t use

I’ve already emailed the support - they replied with it was supposedly fixed in 1.19… however that release still hasn’t fixed it. @XboxSupport - how do we get refund for broken dlc?

Do you happen to have the ticket number so I can review what's going on? I'll take a look and see if I can find some support on my end to figure out what's going on. ^TK
