Dear @MojangSupport and @Mojang - just so completely disappointed in your Minecraft Migration service and support once the FAQs and easy answers all dry up, and your communication strategies? Pfft. @Microsoft so little accountability from the new owner too. Sad. #youhadonejob

Thanks, but having been patient for coming up to 4 months is clearly not cutting it with your support teams. I am eligible for my Mojang refund, due to Mojang and Microsoft fouling up the migration support and transfer of our account x2. Mojang have now broken our play totally.
