Minecraft Support is unable to provide an estimate on issues reported on our bug site will be resolved, but if this issue has already been reported, then we recommend that you upvote the bug report and leave a comment if you have more information to provide for our devs! ^FF

It's been 2 years..... With several comments stating various reasons and obvious causes of this issue , some of the "fixes" listed do work for some but not for everyone , one thing for certain it's a RD and Vsync related problem (disabling Vsync doesn't fix it anymore)

I would love to be able to give you more information on this matter but it's great to keep in mind we are the support team and not developers! Hopefully, they are able to find a fix in the near future. ^TK
