ive been having problems with my account and nothing i do helps and i cant find anything that helps on the internet it just says something went wrong try again 0x80048823 if anyone can help it would be very appreciated

I have submitted the form and hope this all gets fixed so I can finally play the game I’ve waited to play for almost a month

No progress the email sent me a link and told me to sign in to change my account but I can’t sign in so big help

Can you provide us with your ticket number, so we can check in on the status of your request? It should something look like this: 4567890. ^FF

I wasn’t given a ticket number a email about options and there isn’t a ticket number on it

Clicking on the email itself at the top it should say request # and that would have a 7 digit number that is your ticket number. Are you able to see that request number under the original request you sent? ^AC

Nope the only thing is a like called view ticket it just takes me to the minecraft help centre page and doesn’t tell me the code
