Sorry for the confusion here. The ticket number should have been created when you first submitted the initial ticket. It would have said request # then had a 7 digit number. Are you able to find that initial request you sent? ^AC

how odd. Could you try submitting that request again through the link I provided? That should allow your ticket to go through and you can grab that ticket number so we can make sure it gets seen for you. ^AV
