@Microsoft bought @MojangSupport. Mojang Minecraft accounts had to migrate. And it all imploded from there. Now, my part time job is helping my kid recover access. I've been working on this... for days off and on. Not fun. But at least...there's coffee.

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6011bo0Et. ^FF
