@MojangSupport lately ive been trying to install minecraft windows10 edition on my device, it gets all the way to the end and then says "finalizing" then "error" ive tried reinstalling please help I just want to play :(

Where are you trying to download the launcher from? If it's from the Microsoft Store, can you try the actual link to see if that works? ^TK

No I already have the launcher, from Xbox and when I try to install windows10 edition from the launcher it goes allll the way and then says error after “finalizing”
