@MojangSupport I want to say, the worst mistake is that we can't use behavior packs we purchased on the store in our main worlds on Bedrock.

You should be able to add those behavior packs and resource packs to your worlds. Are you receiving an error when attempting to add those? ^AC

It doesn't even show them on PS4 on my main world.
