@MojangSupport My Minecraft account was hacked 2 months ago and your costumer support is an absolute joke. I have all the information required to verify that I'm the owner of an account but I only get useless automated messages. I want to talk to a real person.

Is this the ticket number: 4128694? Someone called "Sailor Allium" replied to my request but said that Mojang can't access the account administration systems. I already talked to Microsoft and they said the problem is on your end.
