Unfortunately, you're only able to claim Minecraft: Java Edition if you have the Windows 10 Edition purchased on your PC, not your iphone. ^TK
This promotion is only for those that own the Windows 10 version or Java Edition on PC. If they own one of the editions on PC then they can claim the other version. ^TK
