@MojangSupport I sent an email with my transaction ID, account name and gamertag. One person from your team responded like a robot and it didn't help. He keept saying that Microsoft has to do that, but Microsoft has no access to my account because I bought it on Mojang.

Yes, that would be the one! You should also see the 7 digit ticket number on the email. ^TK
