@MojangSupport This morning I have reached Microsoft again. They say that they don't have fully access to my minecraft account because I bought minecraft to Mojang. What do I have to do?

@MojangSupport I sent an email with my transaction ID, account name and gamertag. One person from your team responded like a robot and it didn't help. He keept saying that Microsoft has to do that, but Microsoft has no access to my account because I bought it on Mojang.

Today I talked with a Microsoft supervisor, but this time on a call. They said, again, that they don't have access to the account and only Mojang can do something. Please help me.
