@MojangSupport my game is literally on edge at the moment, and it’s ticking me off!

Me and my friend has been playing Minecraft, and everytime we are in the middle of building his game freezes, only thing is, we save our world, but when we load back into our world, our progress is gone, and keeps happening over and over again.
