@MojangSupport my son is asking for the transaction ID from us purchasing minecraft for him 9 - 12 years ago. I do not keep emails that long. I was told that the old expired credit card information was fine, but I do not have that either. Help me.

You need to let them know in a ticket you want to talk to a specialist. Good to know that we're not able to give you the transaction ID as it is a vital part of account recovery. However, we do have other ways to verify ownership of the account if you send the ticket. ^TK
