@MojangSupport I can’t get my realm to load. We have paid and waited almost a month and still haven’t been able to play even though we paid. Help.

Already did all of that and still got nothing back. Sent screenshots of the transaction and everything and still nothing.

Do you happen to have the ticket number? If you are waiting for a reply we're a bit backed up at this time due to account migration so give it some time. ^TK
