@MojangSupport hello my niece can’t connect multiplayer with my nephew in Minecraft and I don’t know why.

Just to double check are you all playing compatible versions? Bedrock can only play with other bedrock accounts and Java with other Java ^AC

How do I check this? I know that two of them are using iPads and ones using an Xbox and only one of the iPads connect

That means you're likely all playing the Windows 10 edition of the game. Which device is unable to connect to the server? ^TK

If you don't have any single players Worlds go ahead and uninstall the client and reinstall it. Then try to connect again to see if that helps. If you have done this already I am going to have to escalate you upward. ^TK
