@MojangSupport we have java edition. The problem is both my kids cant join each other? I tried googling for help but nothing works. Why cant they join each other using same fibre connection.

Are you getting a connection error to the Realm? Give me a bit more details as to what you're seeing and what you have tried and I will try and assist you from there. ^TK

If I say direct connection what should I type in? The IP adress and the code that is given? Or what do I type in in the server adress. We are on the same version and I went into multiplayer.... not sure what I am doing wrong bleh ... :/
