Anyone else very dumb and never converted their circa. 2010 Minecraft account and now can't play because their parent didn't keep a receipt email from over a decade ago and Microsoft somehow thinks that's the ONLY acceptable way to confirm my ownership?? Anyone???

Where do I find the ticket number, indeed? All I have is a bunch of emails saying x,y,z replied. I bet y'all could really decongest your tickets by just letting 2010-2012 people access their settings screen again like before :/ Or just... letting us migrate like a normal company
