@MojangSupport I'm receiving subscription payment confirmed emails but when I try to log in to cancel my realm I don't get my password reset email please helpðŸ˜

Have you already migrated your account? If so, you'll need to make sure to follow the prompts to login with a Microsoft account in the launcher & click the 'Forgot Password?' link from there. If you haven't migrated, then please reach out to Support: msft.it/6011bcwxJ. ^FF
