@MojangSupport I'm not able to get the java edition through the launcher and when I go to play it says to put a name I put it but it doesn't say 'it was not possible to create'.

Do you happen to have any screenshots of what error you're receiving? We'd be happy to look into this for you and screenshots are especially helpful for seeing what's happening here. ^AC
