Mojang I don't understand that is I am in my own boundaries of my own realm in a private server with my friends and me, I should have got a hate speech for a band for 7 days, I didn't find anyone so would not make sense I please want to unban, does not make sense

It's been 3 days, but the game is still showing my realms expired! Mojang even emailed the payment receipt to me.. sent a report ticket to support hopefully someone will solve it..😅

Pls help this is so Annoying, the charge went through within seconds but it hasn’t worked for hours now??? No response has been given and it still will not work.
